Business Development Associate

You are the go-to person for engaging with clients, crafting proposals, and closing deals while keeping a sharp focus on sales metrics and improving performance. Roles and Responsibilities

    • Communicating with clients on a regular basis, responding to client inquiries, creating proposals, and providing updates on the status of projects. 

    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention (examples of these are visiting clients on site, creating events for clients, creating relevant rewards initiatives, etc.)

    • Responds to clients’ inquiries and prospects on various business platforms

    • Maintains a sales pipeline of prospects, leads, and opportunities and converts those into actual contracts or jobs for various services of positive workplaces

    • Create proposals for PW’s current products and services at the request of potential clients 

    • Track, update and report on sales metrics related to key accounts, providing insights and recommendations

    • Training/workshop support on existing projects of PW

    • Facilitating or co-facilitating workshops within their level of expertise

    • Helping out on other matters as may be needed by various PW units, especially during times of high urgency and importance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field 

  • Preferably with experience in sales management and pipeline creation.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
