Business Devt Executive (for Key Clients)
We’re looking for someone who loves building meaningful relationships with clients, is energized by coordinating projects from start to finish, and thrives on finding creative solutions to meet client needs.
You’ll be the go-to person for key accounts and public project bidding, making sure the needs of both private and public clients are met. Roles and Responsibilities

Communicating with clients on a regular basis, responding to client inquiries, creating proposals, and providing updates on the status of projects.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention (examples of these are visiting clients on site, creating events for clients, creating relevant rewards initiatives, etc.)

Managing projects from start to finish, including coordinating timelines, setting project goals, and monitoring progress.
Overseeing client contracts, maintaining client files, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is in order.
Creating highly relevant reports / insights coming from collective outputs from projects that were done for clients.
Coordinating with PW consultants based on the clients’ needs and ensuring that the right fit happens between crafting proposals and matching them to the right consultants.

Searching for Private / Government Bids that PW may qualify for.
Processing proposals and bid documents
Following up on the status of bid submissions
Post-sales key account management of won bids / organizations

Ideating, prototyping and launch sub-products, solutions, merch, for PW that could be of good value to our key accounts, or even new clients (for marketing)

Track, update and report on sales metrics related to key accounts, providing insights and recommendations
Filling in for BD colleagues, or even Chief Officers when they are not around, when it comes to responding to client inquiries and request for proposals.

Training / workshop support on existing projects of PW
Facilitating or co-facilitating workshops within their level of expertise
Helping out on other matters as may be needed by various PW units especially during times of high urgency and importance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce, Psychology, or any related fields
Preferably with experience in customer / client relations management, sales management and pipeline creation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
