    Nikki is the Chief Well-being Officer and Co-founder of Positive Workplaces. She finished her Masters in Applied Positive Psychology in University of Melbourne, one of Australia's top universities, as an Australia Awards Scholar. She also finished her Masters in Counselling Psychology and Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in Ateneo De Manila University.

  • John Baluyot, MBA, MLdp

    John is the CEO and Co-founder of Positive Workplaces. He was also the 2020 President of Philippine Society for Talent Development. He graduated with distinction in Monash University, Australia under the degree Master of Leadership specializing in Organizational Learning. He finished his MBA in De La Salle University, Manila last 2014 and was one of the youngest Global Managers of Swiss Multinational Company SGS Group, where he worked for almost a decade.

  • Coach May Soriano

    Coach May is a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach and the Chief Empowerment Officer at CoachMay, Inc. She has over 20 years of experience in Coaching, Training, and Consulting. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a graduate if the ICF- accredited Coaches Training Institute in the USA. She is also a member of the International Community of Leaders (WE-LEAD) and executive member of CoachSource, a worldwide organization of executive coaches.

  • Coach Fredric "Lippy" Lipio

    Coach Lippy is a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach at author at CoachLippy.com. He has more than 12 years of experience in Learning and Development, OD, and Consulting. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Aside from that, he is also a Job & Career Transition and Development Coach Instructor.

  • Rojiniño Enriquez

    Roj is a CPHR certified HR Executive with 13+ years of proven successes in L&D, Talent Management, Organizational Transformation, and Employee Engagement in large companies. Currently, he is the Head of Talent Management at Chinabank PH, a Career Coach at Metamorphosis, and a Senior Trainer at The Asia Foundation.

  • Gabby Llamzon, RPm

    Gabby is a Learning and Development Associate of Positive Workplaces. She is a Registered Psychometrician and is currently taking her Master’s Degree in Psychology, Major in Clinical Psychology at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. Prior to joining Positive Workplaces, she was a Program Officer at the Philippine Mental Health Association, Inc. (PMHA) and Psychologist 1 at the Department of Health – Ilocos Center for Health Development.

  • Jericho Capinpin

    Jio is a training & coaching consultant at Positive Workplaces. He graduated cum laude from the University of the Philippines Diliman with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. He is currently finishing his certification program in Coaching and Applied Positive Psychology from The Flourishing Center, based in New York. Before joining Positive Workplaces, he was the lead associate manager for general HR operations and an entrepreneur. His current work focuses on designing and facilitating wellbeing workshops for organizations and providing coaching for individual clients.

  • Monica Sillona

    Monica is trained in Psychology and in Economics, leading people and teams to perform at their best and picking apart processes to build them better. She is the People Ops and Culture Manager at Bihasa PH and a Talent Management Intern at Positive Workplaces. She is also currently taking her Masters in Organizational Psychology at Ateneo de Manila University
