Positive Leadership Course
This face-to-face 3-day course aims to enhance positive leadership competencies in learners whose objective is to propagate and sustain positive cultures in their organizations.
With 6 hours per day, the learners are expected to understand and practice general leadership principles, practice strategies in institutionalizing positive leadership, find the right positive leadership style that fits their motivations and needs, and come up with their respective Individual Leadership Roadmaps.
