The internship program consists of two phases: the Onboarding Phase (Months 1-2) and the Project Phase (Months 3-6).

The Onboarding Phase is the period where we allow interns to get to know Positive Workplaces, build skills and brand understanding, and develop rapport between team members.

The Project Phase is the best time to test the skills that were built during the first two months with the team as this period will be dedicated towards the execution of the intern’s chosen project or initiative.

Interns may choose the field of interest they see themselves focusing on. The currently available tracks are:

• Marketing & Design

• Business Development

• Training & Development

• Talent Management

• Finance and Admin

The internship lasts for 6 months upon the signing of the internship agreement. This can be terminated upon the agreement of the intern and Positive Workplaces.

Interns are highly encouraged to attend the required meetings consisting of twice a month Individual Consultations, once a month Learning Sessions, and weekly meetings as scheduled. Overall, we are output-based so other meetings will depend on the projects or tasks we have.
