Roji currently the Head of the Organizational Development Department under the Human Resources Group of one of the leading commercial banks in the Philippines, Robinsons Banking Corporation. He handles employee engagement, HR Communication, succession planning programs and performance management system of the bank as well as the implementation of promotions for staff and officers. He has been a Learning and Development Professional for 8 years and is a member of the Philippine Society for Talent Development, the premier community of L&D professionals in the Philippines.
He has held different roles in Human Resources, Corporate Communications, and Corporate Philanthropy in Fintech, Financial Services, Energy, and Education sectors. He is graduate of Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Communication from De La Salle University and has a post-graduate diploma in Strategic Human Resources Management from Ateneo Center for Organization Research and Development (CORD) and has taken units in MS Psychology and Religious Education.
He is presently finishing his MBA from Nexford University. He is also a Chartered Professional in Human Resources Management, HCI Certified Leadership Development and Succession Strategist, Certified Facilitator and Aspiring Professional Coach. He advocates for Mindfulness and Spirituality at Work as an anchor for success, life mission and happiness. He is a passionate professional who selflessly shares his insights and discoveries to help other professionals to advance in their career.
