Finance & Admin Associate

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensuring that Positive Workplaces tenders suppliers/service providers properly when the organization makes purchases needed for our operations.

Updating the organization’s financial reports at regular intervals for better business decision-making.

Ensuring that the organization’s government compliance on all fronts is intact, on time, and updated, i.e., BIR, Employee government-mandated benefits, SEC, City government, etc.
Support HR in the timely and accurate computation of payroll benefits and coordination with our bookkeeper on the filing of mandatory contributions.

Sending of invoices and statements of accounts to the organization’s clients, ensuring that timely collections are done for healthier organizational cash flow.

Timely processing of payment requests for the organization's obligations.

Collections, Bookkeeping, Invoicing / SOAs, Disbursement, Payroll, Accounts Receivables & Payables; Resource Optimization
Processing necessary disbursements of cash and analyzing spending areas that impact financial health

Closely coordinating with Business Development, Sales, & Marketing Committee to impact sales and revenue
Supporting sales pipeline - generating leads, responding to inquiries, converting to revenue
Maintaining communication with key account contacts to ensure the timeliness of business transactions and collections from services
Qualifications
Graduate of a four-year course preferably: Accountancy/Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
Preferably with two years of experience in finance/admin functions (but fresh grads are still welcome to apply)
Skills needed:
Bookkeeping and financial reporting
Spreadsheets (especially Google Sheets)
Interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Hybrid setup. Employee must be within NCR.
