After working in government for 8 years in quality and talent management leadership roles, Kevin has seen the impact that culture, strategy, and talent development plays in sustaining high quality service, innovation, and employee engagement. As the Chief People and Possibility Officer of Positive Workplaces, he leverages his experience and strategic thinking talent themes to co-create enabling mechanisms that bring the best out of people.


Among his notable professional achievements are the ISO 9001:2015 certification for all internal and external processes from 2017-2022 and PRIME-HRM Level II Certification for the 4 HR pillars of Recruitment, Learning and Development, Performance Management, and Rewards and Recognition for the Office of former Vice President Leni Robredo. In recognition of his achievements, he won the OVP’s PRAISE Award for Strategic Leadership in 2021 and was a finalist for the same award in 2022. Currently, he serves as the Head of the Junior Philippine Society for Talent Development (JPSTD) which aims to establish 25 collegiate chapters all over the Philippines by 2025.

A learner by vocation, he engages in a holistic range of continuous professional development that allows him to view situations from different perspectives. He completed his Masters in Philosophy at the University of Santo Tomas and graduated Summa Cum Laude and his Bachelors in Philosophy at Ateneo de Manila University. He has Certificates in Compensation Management and Learning and Development from the People’s Management Association of the Philippines, is a Certified Level 1 Training Facilitator of the Philippine Society for Talent Development and Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt by Six Sigma Ph, and a Certified Microsoft Office Specialist for Excel (Associate).
