In today’s fast-changing workplace, many leaders are expected to perform without having been fully equipped for the role. Some are newly promoted and finding their footing; others have led for years but never had the chance to revisit the core principles of leadership. Leadership for New Leaders is designed to strengthen those foundations, helping leaders at all levels lead with greater clarity, empathy, and influence.

The course explores what true leadership means beyond titles or authority, how to use power and culture as sources of influence, and how to lead effectively across generations. By the end of the program, participants will have a clearer sense of their leadership identity and the tools to engage, align, and inspire their teams toward shared success.
