Learning & Development Associate

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences, loves designing content, and thrives on organizing impactful training programs.

You’ll be the go-to person for crafting insightful webinars, as well as online and onsite training workshops. You’ll also play a key role in evaluating the effectiveness of these programs and creating evidence-based reports to guide our initiatives. If you’re energized by collaborating with a team to champion workplace wellbeing, this role is for you!

Roles and Responsibilities

    • Conduct research on relevant content for PW training modules

    • Prototype, iterate, and oversee the design of PW's synchronous and asynchronous training modules

    • Assist in the facilitation of training and consulting sessions of PW

    • Facilitate internal or external PW trainings

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Anthropology, Sociology, or any related course specializing in learning and development.

  • Preferably with one year experience in Learning Design and Development (not required)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong passion for designing impactful learning experiences.
