Learning & Development Associate
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences, loves designing content, and thrives on organizing impactful training programs.
You’ll be the go-to person for crafting insightful webinars, as well as online and onsite training workshops. You’ll also play a key role in evaluating the effectiveness of these programs and creating evidence-based reports to guide our initiatives. If you’re energized by collaborating with a team to champion workplace wellbeing, this role is for you!
Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct research on relevant content for PW training modules
Prototype, iterate, and oversee the design of PW's synchronous and asynchronous training modules

Assist in the facilitation of training and consulting sessions of PW
Facilitate internal or external PW trainings
Qualifications
Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Anthropology, Sociology, or any related course specializing in learning and development.
Preferably with one year experience in Learning Design and Development (not required)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong passion for designing impactful learning experiences.
