Our Facilitators

Nikki Vergara, RPm,MP, MAPP

Nikki is the Chief Wellbeing Officer and Co-founder of Positive Workplaces. She is a Licensed Professional Teacher, a Registered Psychometrician, and Psychologist. Her areas of specialization are on Positive Psychology and Wellbeing, Appreciative Inquiry, Designing Positive Learning Experiences, Mentoring, and Strengths Coaching.

She finished her Masters in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Melbourne, one of Australia’s top universities, as an Australia Awards Scholar and finished her Masters in Counselling Psychology and Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Ateneo De Manila University.

She has conducted hundreds of workshops on strong workplace cultures and effective workplace processes.

Gabby Llamzon, RPm

Gabby is a Learning and Development Officer at Positive Workplaces. She is also a registered Psychometrician. Her areas of specialization are on Positive Psychology and Wellbeing, Mental Health, and Designing Positive Learning Experiences.

She is currently taking her Master’s Degree in Psychology major in Clinical Psychology at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.

Prior to joining Positive Workplaces, she was a Program Officer at the Philippine Mental Health Association, Inc. (PMHA) and Psychologist 1 at the Department of Health- Ilocos Center for Health Development.
