Nikki Vergara
Nikki is the Chief Well-being Officer and co-founder of Positive Workplaces. She is a registered psychologist, a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, an accredited Strengths Profile Practitioner, and has conducted hundreds of workshops on strong workplace cultures and effective workplace processes.
Passionate about helping people overcome adversity, Nikki pursued a Masters in Counseling Psychology in Ateneo de Manila University. Recognizing the value of a strengths-based approach, she then took a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Melbourne, Australia with the goal of not just helping people deal with adversity, but thrive and grow because of it.
Her learning and development, design thinking, and well-being background are rooted from her affiliation with educational technology start-up as a Learning Designer from Habi Education Lab, the Department of Education, and as a Teaching Fellow for Teach for the Philippines.

Gabby Llamzon
Gabby studied BS Psychology at Saint Louis College and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Psychology, Major in Clinical Psychology at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. She has designed and facilitated a good number of learning sessions and workshops for Positive Workplaces in the areas of mental health, wellbeing, and communication. Currently, Gabby also leads and hosts PWebinars, PW’s advocacy learning sessions. The program accommodates thousands of learners and wellbeing experts as speakers. The free learning sessions started in 2020 and are now a strong advocacy of Positive Workplaces as it runs three free learning sessions every month via Zoom and Youtube.
Prior to joining Positive Workplaces, Gabby was a Project Officer at Philippine Mental Health Association, Inc. (PMHA) and Psychologist I at the Department of Health – Center for Health Development I, City of San Fernando, La Union.
Gabby is currently the Learning and Development Officer of Positive Workplaces and also a Registered Psychometrician.
