Modules

  • This module introduces the value of empathy and falling in love with the problem, rather than the solution. It highlights the importance of collaborative approaches to problem-solving that are more effective in addressing novel problems.

  • Here, learners do a deep dive on how to deeply understand users through empathy mapping and research techniques to uncover real pain points.

  • Turn research insights into a well-defined challenge to ensure teams are solving the right problem.

  • Apply creative thinking techniques to generate and prioritize innovative solutions.

  • Transform selected ideas into quick, low-fidelity prototypes for testing.

  • Gather user feedback, identify improvements, and refine the prototype.

  • Learn to communicate the solution effectively and plan for real-world application.
