Geneatte Buclatin
Coach G has been a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach since 2021. She is passionate about initiating conversations and creating opportunities for individuals and organizations to better understand themselves and each other, contributing to the development of stronger teams and more resilient companies.
Before her coaching stint, she spent 25 years with Astec Group of Companies and its other BUs handling employee relations, communications, and engagement.

Charles Camacho
Charles is an accomplished professional with more than 15 years of expertise in business process and people management across diverse industries and companies such as P&G, Chevron, and LHH.
The majority of his professional experience was as a Business Process Manager for P&G overseeing a global enterprise database that serves as the infrastructure for their accounting system.
He joined LHH as a Team Leader for the Group Program Team, overseeing workshops, events, and coaching sessions. He then transitioned to an independent LHH Accredited Career Coach, where he provided guidance to hundreds of individuals at different employment levels.
