Purposive team-building programs aim to enrich and align team strengths and values to create better organizational cohesion and connectedness. They also intend to strengthen the members’ identity and connection to the organization by giving light and emphasis on their unique strengths and what they contribute to the organization, as well as how they align with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
