Coach John Baluyot

John is the CEO/Co-founder of Positive Workplaces and a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach. His areas of specialization are on Strategic Planning, Leadership and Organizational Culture, Individual Development Planning, Strengths Coaching and Mentoring.

He was also the 2020 President of the Philippine Society for Talent Development and was one of the youngest Global Managers of Swiss Multinational Company SGS Group, where he worked for almost a decade.

He graduated with distinction in Monash University, Australia as an Australia Awards Scholar under the degree of Master of Leadership specializing in Organizational Learning and finished his MBA in De La Salle University Manila.

Coach Nikki Vergara

Nikki is the Chief Well-being Officer and co-founder of Positive Workplaces and a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach. She has conducted hundreds of workshops on strong workplace cultures and effective workplace processes.

Passionate about helping people overcome adversity, Nikki pursued a Masters in Counseling Psychology in Ateneo de Manila University. Recognizing the value of a strengths-based approach, she then took a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Melbourne, Australia with the goal of not just helping people deal with adversity, but thrive and grow because of it. 

Her learning and development, design thinking and well-being background root from her affiliation with educational technology start-up as a Learning Designer from Habi Education Lab, the Department of Education, and as a Teaching Fellow for Teach for the Philippines.

Coach May Soriano

Coach May is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and has a solid over 20 years of Coaching, Training, and Consulting Experience. She is one of the pioneers of Life, Executive, and Corporate Coaching in the Philippines. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a graduate of the ICF-accredited Coaches Training Institute in USA.

She also became one of the first Filipinos to finish the Co-Active Leadership Course and is now a member of the international community of leaders called WE-LEAD. She is also an executive member of CoachSource, a worldwide organization of Executive Coaches.

Coach May was awarded one of the 2017 100 Best Global Coaching Leaders by the World Coaching Congress (Gallup).

Coach Fredric “Lippy” Lipio

Coach Lippy is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a Job and Career Transition Development Coach Instructor. He works with managers and leaders at all levels to improve and transform individuals and organizations towards better productivity, meaningful engagement, and business.

He also has more than 12 years of experience in Leaning & Development, Organizational Development, and Coaching. He is an author at CoachLippy.com and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
