In terms of breaking the misconceptions and bias against women leadership, we must learn the reasons why women should lead, what they can offer in leadership, and how women can change the future of leadership.

I’ve always believed that people are inherently good. That in the general scheme of things, as leaders, we tend to lean towards the positive in influencing others towards a certain goal.
