Client Acquisition and Growth Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

Inquiry Conversion: Respond to client inquiries and inbound prospects within 1 working day with warm, consultative, and value-driven communication.
Pipeline Management: Proactively manage and track a robust sales pipeline—from initial prospect discovery to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closing for training and consulting services.
Proposal & Solution Design: Understand corporate client needs and craft tailored service proposals that align with Positive Workplaces’ well-being frameworks.

Cross-Unit Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing unit to translate campaign leads, public webinars, and social media traction into qualified business prospects.
Campaign & Opportunity Co-Creation: Partner on strategic initiatives—such as public workshops, joint collaborations, and targeted outreach—to expand our market presence and open new sales channels.

Key Account Management: Take ownership of key corporate accounts, nurturing long-term relationships and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities for internal business expansion.
Client Journey Continuity: Ensure smooth handoffs between sales closing and operations delivery, ensuring clients feel cared for and valued every step of the way.

Workshop Facilitation & Consulting: Facilitate select training sessions, workshops, or consultative engagements based on personal domain expertise and company service offerings.
Cross-Unit Assistance: Lend strategic and operational support to other Positive Workplaces units as needed based on evolving organizational priorities.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related fields.
Experience: At least 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, account management, or solution selling— preferably within corporate training, workshops, HR services, or management consulting.
Advantage but not required:
Proven experience in corporate workshop facilitation, public speaking, or HR/management consulting.
Experience utilizing CRM platforms, managing B2B pipelines, and crafting corporate service proposals.
Experience in selling HR Technology solutions, specifically on Employee Engagement / Wellbeing solutions
Can demonstrate the value of L&D services in the language of KPIs and return on investment
Willing to be onboarded ASAP
