Kevin is the Chief People and Possibility Officer of Positive Workplaces. He is a member of the 2024 Board of Trustees of the Philippine Society for Talent Development (PSTD) and serves as the sponsor for both the Research and Publications and Junior PSTD Committees. 

He completed his Masters in Philosophy at the University of Santo Tomas and graduated Summa Cum Laude and his Bachelors in Philosophy at Ateneo de Manila University. 

He is a Certified Level 1 Training Facilitator of the Philippine Society for Talent Development, has Certificates in Learning and Development and Compensation Management from the People’s Management Association of the Philippines, is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt by Six Sigma Ph, and a Certified Microsoft Office Specialist for Excel (Associate). Most recently, he finished his Data Analytics Bootcamp with Eskwelabs to enhance his data visualization and storytelling skills.

Prior to Positive Workplaces, he worked in government for 8 years and was the youngest head of Human Resources at the Office of former Vice President Ma. Leonor “Leni” Robredo where he led the team in achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification for all internal and external services, the Civil Service Commission’s PRIME-HRM Level II accreditation for all 4 HR Pillars, and development of the agency’s monitoring and evaluation system using automated dashboards.

Applying his learnings from government, he has since become a Talent and Organizational Development consultant facilitating trainings on Completed Staff Work, Business Problem Solving, Thinking Strategically and Creatively, Microsoft Excel, Training Fundamentals and Training Facilitation since 2022. He has also facilitated consulting projects on topics such as Performance Management, Competency-Based Human Resources, and ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
