Having had a taste of it as an undergraduate intern in a Filipino HR tech start-up, Monica is passionate about innovation and the future of work, which she believes is people-centric and positive. She is driven to prove that 'being well' and 'being productive' go hand-in-hand, by helping individuals and organizations through training, coaching, and modeling positive practices at work.

Monica graduated cum laude with a dual degree in Economics and in Psychology and is currently undertaking her Master’s of Arts in Organizational Psychology in the Ateneo de Manila University. She is the People Operations & Culture Manager of Bihasa, a Filipino digital learning start-up.

Monica is also a graduate Talent Management intern with Positive Workplaces.
