Rinah is a seasoned HR & OD Consultant with 16+ years of collective experience in various industries such as Management Consulting, Retail, Telecommunication, and Business Process Outsourcing. She helps organizations both in the private and public sectors with their talent development, human resource related initiatives, and business & management intervention aimed to improve individual, team and organizational performance. She is also a CHRP certified (Certified Human Resource Professional) and an active member of the Philippine Society for Talent Development since 2017. She was PSTD’s Programs Committee Chair in 2021 and currently one of the Board of Trustees this 2022. 

Her advocacies include helping organizations, family-owned businesses and SMEs to professionalize their business processes particularly the human resources aspect and helping to elevate the talent development profession in the country.
