HR & Admin Associate

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the implementation of employee engagement, talent development, and acquisition strategies with a strong emphasis on cultivating a strengths-based and values-driven workplace culture.

    1. Internship & Mentorship Program Management 

    • Lead the end-to-end management of the Culture Changers Program— the company’s flagship internship and mentoring initiative.

    • Coordinate with mentors and department heads to ensure alignment of intern tasks with learning objectives.

    • Design onboarding, evaluation, and exit processes for interns, ensuring a developmental experience for both interns and teams.

    • Facilitate learning and immersion activities to support intern growth and cultural integration.

    2. Learning & Development 

    • Support the design and implementation of in-house learning programs aligned with positive psychology and organizational culture principles.

    • Coordinate training logistics, monitor attendance and feedback, and track employee development progress.

    • Maintain the learning calendar and assist in measuring the impact of learning interventions.

    3. Employee Engagement & Retention

    • Execute programs that promote team well-being, motivation, and high performance in line with the company’s culture and values.

    • Assist in organizing company events, pulse surveys, recognition programs, and internal communication campaigns.

    • Act as a culture ambassador, gathering feedback from employees and supporting initiatives that foster psychological safety and engagement.

    4. Talent Acquisition

    • Support recruitment by coordinating job postings, initial screenings, interview schedules, and onboarding processes.

    • Maintain a pool of potential candidates and internship prospects aligned with company values and future needs.

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a values-fit in selection decisions.

  • Ensures the company meets all HR-related compliance, documentation, and operational requirements, supporting smooth internal functioning and legal integrity.

    1. HR Compliance, Documentation & Payroll 

    • Ensure accurate and timely submission of government-mandated reports and filings (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, DOLE, etc.).

    • Maintain updated employee records and personnel files in accordance with data privacy standards.

    • Prepare employment documents such as contracts, certifications, and memos in compliance with labor laws and internal standards.

    • Assist in the preparation and computation of payroll, ensuring accuracy of timesheets, benefits deductions, leaves, and tax withholdings.

    • Coordinate with accounting or third-party payroll processors, and address employee payroll concerns or discrepancies promptly.

    2. Office & HR Administrative Support 

    • Coordinate with external partners such as service providers, consultants, or legal advisors for HR-related matters.

    • Provide general administrative support to the HR / OD Director, including data management, scheduling, and reporting.

    • Support the procurement of tools and materials for HR events and trainings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 1–2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience; internship or volunteer experience in organizational culture or L&D is a plus.

  • Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll practices, and government compliance processes.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.

  • Passionate about people development and culture building; familiar with or open to learning positive psychology principles.
