John Baluyot, MBA, MLdp
John is the CEO/Co-founder of Positive Workplaces and a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach. His areas of specialization are on Strategic Planning, Leadership and Organizational Culture, Individual Development Planning, Strengths Coaching and Mentoring.
He was also the 2020 President of the Philippine Society for Talent Development and was one of the youngest Global managers of Swiss Multinational Company SGS Group, where he worked for almost a decade.
He graduated with distinction in Monash University, Australia as an Australia Awards Scholar under the degree of Master of Leadership specializing in Organizational Learning and finished his MBA in De La Salle University Manila
