Mental Health-Informed Leadership Course
(20 seats left!)
Mental Health-Informed Leadership course is a practical leadership development program that equips middle managers and team leaders to become proactive stewards of workplace wellbeing. Rather than preparing managers to diagnose or treat mental health conditions, the program develops the knowledge, skills, and confidence to recognize what healthy work and healthy workers look like, create environments that protect and promote wellbeing, identify early signs of psychosocial strain, and respond appropriately within the manager's role.
Grounded in positive organizational psychology, workplace wellbeing research, and Philippine workplace realities, the program helps leaders move beyond reactive responses toward cultivating psychologically healthy, safe, and high-performing teams. Participants learn how everyday leadership behaviors influence employee wellbeing, engagement, and performance, while strengthening their ability to have supportive conversations, navigate difficult situations, and activate appropriate organizational support when needed.
